Ryppäitä! - La Grappe
A female ensemble folds itself like an improvisational game. Every performer knows the rules, plays for their own as well as collectively.
This piece is created in 2017-2019 in Finland and France, and aimed for museums and other gallery spaces for an immersive experience of 2 hours. Public can come and go as they wish, stay, change place and answer to the appel of dance during this time, as a part of a larger exhibition.
Now for the autumn season 2023 in the new Barker theatre the piece is re-premiered in a scenical space.
